Metabolic.Health operates in the healthcare and GLP-1 space, where trends shift fast and campaigns need to keep pace. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine. You will move between social content, shoots, creator collaborations, email, and offline execution in the same week, and turn strategy into real assets, from a reel shot on-site to a WhatsApp message that reaches patients directly. You will learn how a healthcare marketing team runs by being part of real campaigns and real decisions from day one.What You'll DoAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social, email, and eventsShoot and edit content at clinics, events, and on-site activations, including short-form video and stills for Instagram and TikTokCoordinate with designers, doctors, and content teams to get assets out fastDraft basic content, including captions, emailers, and WhatsApp messagesManage the social calendar, covering scheduling, captions, community management, and DMsHelp run creator and influencer activity, from briefs and product sends to tracking deliverablesProvide on-site support at events, including live capture and postingTrack campaign performance and pull simple reportsResearch trends in healthcare, wellness, and the GLP-1 spaceKeep the content library organized so nothing gets lostWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and writing skillsHighly organized, replies to messages and hits deadlinesQuick to learn and faster to executeLives on social media and knows what's working right now and whyComfortable shooting and editing content on a phone without a crewComfortable on set, and on camera when neededGenuine interest in healthcare, wellness, or longevityNative in CapCut, Canva, Instagram, and TikTokComfortable with basic analytics and Google SheetsPrior internship experience in marketing or content, or familiarity with Premiere or Lightroom, is a plusWhat You'll GetHands-on exposure to a fast-growing healthcare brandA seat in real strategy conversations alongside execution workReal ownership of projects from day oneRequirementsMinimum age 18, currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related fieldWorking hours: Full-time, up to 8 hours a day and 48 hours a week, in line with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE internship guidelinesDuration: 3 to 6 months, aligned with your academic internship requirements
