Marketing Intern

SUMMARY Working in region marketing team, you will be supporting the team on regional & local marketing project needs. You will collaborate with local marketing team, as well as overseas marketing team to collect & review the spending and supporting documents for ongoing marketing projects, and work with region marketing & finance to process payments.KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVESSupport the development and management of marketing budgets & expenses.Collect marketing invoices, agreements and other supporting documents from various teams and consolidate for payment processing.Track marketing program progress and flag problems & roadblocks when identified.Assist in creating marketing plans.Assist in social media calendar planning and content creation.Assist in collecting product assets and creatives.Assist in project management for ongoing marketing projects.Assist in data collection and processing.Provide live updates on tasks, meetings, and projects.Help with administrative tasks as needed.KEY QUALIFICATIONCurrently enrolled studentOutstanding communication & analysis skillsAbility to quickly learn and process informationStrong excel data processing skills.Have experience processing payments or budget with IT systemsGreat attention to details and sensitive with numbersOrganization and time management skillsExceptional English language skillsFluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus.
