Marketing Lead

Grandseal Solutions is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Lead to strengthen our brand and lead marketing activities across digital platforms, sales materials and industry events.We need someone who can develop a clear marketing strategy and bring it to life through compelling content, strong visuals and well-executed campaigns.Key responsibilities* Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.* Manage social media, content calendars and digital advertising campaigns.* Create and oversee marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, product visuals and videos.* Translate technical product information into clear, engaging content.* Plan exhibitions, product launches and promotional activities.* Coordinate with sales and technical teams to support product positioning and lead generation.* Manage website content and maintain consistency across brand communications.* Coordinate agencies, freelancers and suppliers, and track campaign performance and budgets.What we’re looking for* Experience in marketing and brand development, preferably within construction chemicals, building materials or a related industry.* Strong copywriting, communication and project coordination skills.* Practical knowledge of social media management, digital advertising and campaign reporting.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; photography, videography and motion graphics skills are an advantage.* The ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership from concept through delivery.Interested?
