Marketing Manager - 7-month Contract

From our head office in Dubai and our Abu Dhabi branch, we serve clients across the GCC through temporary staffing, permanent placement, executive search, assessments, outsourcing, and visa, payroll and PRO solutions.The opportunityAdecco Middle East is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager on engaged on a 7-month contract to accelerate B2B demand generation across the UAE and wider GCC. This is a hands-on commercial marketing role with one clear objective: turn marketing investment into qualified opportunities and pipeline while strengthening the Adecco brand.You will own the marketing funnel from audience creation and engagement through MQL generation, nurture and sales conversion. Working closely with Sales, Recruitment and Consulting teams, you will build campaigns around the sectors, accounts and solutions where we see the greatest growth opportunity.This is not simply a paid-media role. We need someone who understands that sustainable growth comes from combining performance marketing, compelling content, strong brand positioning and disciplined marketing operations.What success looks like

• Build a predictable B2B demand-generation engine across LinkedIn, Google and other relevant channels.
• Increase the volume and quality of marketing-qualified and sales-ready opportunities.
• Establish clear visibility from marketing spend to lead, opportunity and pipeline.
• Launch targeted account-based marketing campaigns for priority sectors and strategic accounts.
• Turn Adecco expertise in workforce solutions into compelling thought leadership that generates commercial conversations.
• Create stronger alignment between Marketing and Sales, with agreed lead definitions, scoring, handover and follow-up.
• Leave behind a repeatable campaign and reporting model that the business can continue to scale.Key responsibilitiesDemand generation and growth
• Own B2B acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search and other appropriate digital channels.
• Manage the full conversion journey, including targeting, creative, landing pages, lead capture, nurturing and sales handover.
• Build account-based marketing programmes around strategic accounts and priority sectors.
• Continuously optimise audiences, messaging, creative, offers and landing pages through structured A/B testing.
• Manage paid media budgets against clear commercial measures, including cost per lead, cost per opportunity and pipeline contribution.Content and brand
• Translate regional workforce trends and client challenges into campaigns that generate attention and demand.
• Develop lead-generating assets including salary guides, market insights, webinars, reports, events and thought leadership.
• Ensure every campaign strengthens Adecco positioning and complies with global brand standards.
• Balance short-term demand generation with longer-term brand development and communicate the business case for both.Marketing operations and analytics
• Maintain robust tracking and attribution across GA4, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Establish MQL and SQL definitions jointly with Sales and monitor progression through the full B2B funnel.
• Build practical dashboards covering acquisition, conversion, pipeline and return on marketing spend.
• Use campaign data to make clear recommendations on where Adecco should increase, reduce or redirect investment.Commercial partnership and stakeholder management
• Work directly with Sales, Business Development and Recruitment leaders to convert commercial priorities into marketing campaigns.
• Create sector- and account-specific campaigns supporting priority opportunities.
• Ensure marketing-generated leads receive disciplined and timely sales follow-up.
• Brief and manage agencies and freelancers against defined deliverables and KPIs.
• Coordinate with regional and global Adecco Group marketing teams on brand guidelines and shared campaigns.
• Support candidate-attraction campaigns where required.What you bring
• 8-10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in growth, performance or demand-generation marketing.
• Strong UAE or wider GCC marketing experience.
• Demonstrable B2B lead-generation experience, ideally involving complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads against measurable commercial targets and significant budgets.
• Strong understanding of how brand and performance marketing work together.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4, campaign tracking, attribution and marketing analytics.
• Ability to independently analyse campaign and funnel performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering closely with B2B sales teams and managing agencies or external suppliers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related discipline.Preferred experience
• Recruitment, staffing, HR services, outsourcing or professional-services experience.
• Account-based marketing experience.
