Marketing Manager – Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinics

We are hiring a marketing manager for a well known and very reputable clinic located in Abu Dhabi The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities for a clinic located in Abu Dhabi, ensuring brand visibility and patient acquisition.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, media buying, social media management, and e-commerce platforms, with a proven ability to generate and track qualified leads and convert inquiries into appointments.This full time, on site role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional campaigns, and coordinating promotions and events targeted at aesthetic and dermatology services. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.The role involves creating and supervising marketing content (online and offline), analyzing campaign performance, managing social media presence, and maintaining a consistent brand image. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with clinic management and medical teams to align marketing initiatives with service offerings, patient needs, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, managing budgets, engaging with external vendors and agencies, and preparing regular reports on marketing performance and return on investment.QualificationsProven experience in marketing management, preferably within healthcare, aesthetics, or dermatology clinics in the UAE is a must.Strong hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing.Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation for patient-focused campaigns.Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, including branding, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldStrong Experience in the UAE healthcare market and patient demographics in Abu Dhabi & AlainProficiency in common marketing and analytics tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM, and basic analytics software).Location: Abu DhabiJob- Type: Full-time 6 days
