The role will lead the overall marketing function across digital, brand, PR, partnerships, lead generation and customer engagement, with a strong focus on measurable business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual marketing strategies and integrated campaignsLead digital marketing across Google Ads, SEO, PPC, email and social mediaDrive qualified lead generation, conversion and customer acquisitionManage brand positioning, PR, influencer collaborations and partnershipsOversee content strategy, social media and online reputationTrack campaign ROI, acquisition costs and key marketing metricsManage marketing budgets and monthly performance reportingLead and develop the Marketing, Graphic Design and Call Centre teamsWork closely with Operations to enhance the overall customer/patient journey What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, luxury, hospitality or premium service industriesStrong hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media campaignsExperience with PR, influencer management and strategic partnershipsProven experience leading marketing teamsStrong understanding of lead generation, conversion, ROI and performance analyticsStrategic and creative mindset with strong brand awareness📍 Location: Jumeirah, Dubai 💼 Position: Marketing ManagerIf you have experience building premium brands while driving measurable commercial results, we would be interested in hearing from you.
