Bringing strong strategic marketing experience, project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns will be essential for success in this role.Purpose of the RoleTo strengthen the company’s brand position andto proactively reinforce the overall marketing efforts in the Americas.To implement effective marketing campaigns that meet the group’s objectives for new business generation and customer engagement.Actively work with globalsales agents in the Americas to strengthen salesin these regions.Key Job ResponsibilitiesMarketing ManagerManaging the data requirements and selection criteria for targeted campaigns for all Chapman Freeborn products.Coordinating written content for e-marketing and working in partnership with the digital marketing team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.Liaising with outside suppliers including printers, event organizers etc.Supporting sales activities with targeted presentations, proposals and othersupport - ensuring that all marketing material is in line with group marketing procedures.Coordinating the company’s presence at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.Manage all marketing globally for the Chapman Freeborn OBC product.PR, Media and Content GenerationWorking with the global marketing team to increase the profile of Chapman Freeborn and all subsidiary companies - including traditional press releases, PR activities, and rich media content generation.Writing and distributing press releases to trade press with guidance from Group Marketing.Developing strategic contacts with industry related publications and other media in the Americas.Researching and identifying opportunities for free exposure (as an alternative to print advertising).Work with the digital marketing team in the creation of blog articles and rich content to increase our visibility through search results and online campaigns.CommunicationTo work in partnership with the digital marketing team in shaping marketing activities in the Americas.Participate in conference calls to ensure effective sharing of information and full awareness of others in the global Marketing Team and other offices.Keep up to date with activities of other Marketing staff using the appropriate network of communication.Provide guidance and support to colleagues on Chapman Freeborn’s voice, language, visual identity and logo usage – establishing and maintaining the templates the team and group works from.Correlation withTo work in correlation with the Group Marketing Team.To work in conjunction with the yearly strategies laid out by the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Management Teams.Group policies and procedures (Business Intelligence, Compliance, Finance, HR, IT, Legal)To undertake all activities in accordance with applicable group policies and procedures so as to ensure that the interests of the Group and individual corporate entities are protected at all times.At all times to ensure that legal and commercial risks (to the extent relevant to the post holder role) are identified and minimized through effective communication with applicable stakeholders as well as relevant support functional departments and, when necessary Board of Directors.OtherTo carry out any other duties within the competence of the role holder, as requested (including additional working hours as and when required).To travel when required in line with business needs.Be aware of and comply with the company policies.Keep up to date with industry changes, procedures and requirements relating to job role.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in marketingAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to join a global company and be part of a diverse international teamProfessional development and career opportunitiesWith over 50 years of experience, the Chapman Freeborn group provides a diverse range of aviation-related services on a global basis.
