Marketing Manager | Real Estate Development ExperienceWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead, scale, and elevate our real estate project marketing.If you have 7+ years of experience in real estate development marketing and a proven track record of bringing high-end residential or commercial projects from pre-launch to handover, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Formulate and execute end-to-end 360° marketing and brand positioning strategies for upcoming real estate developments.Brand positioning strategiesLead performance marketing, social media brand narrative, and digital lead generation campaigns.Direct creative development, architectural renders, lifestyle branding, and agency relationships.Coordinate broker preview events, launch activations, and roadshows.Manage and scale the internal marketing team to align with pipeline growth.Requirements:8+ years of dedicated marketing experience within the real estate development sector.Demonstrated experience in launch strategies, lead generation performance, and brand positioning.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide an in-house team.Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and buyer personas.
