Royal Rose Cosmetics LLC is a growing startup cosmetics company in the UAE, and we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help build and grow the brand.📍 Position: Marketing ManagerIndustry: Makeup / Cosmetics Company Type: Startup Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month, depending on experience Joining: Immediate Joiners Only🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy.Build and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing plans.Lead and manage the marketing team and oversee daily marketing activities.Develop marketing strategies specifically for makeup products, product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and brand activations.Manage and oversee social media, content creation, influencer marketing, PR, and digital marketing activities.Develop and manage relationships with influencers, makeup artists, and content creators.Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, product campaigns, and creative concepts.Work closely with the Sales team to create campaigns that drive revenue and customer acquisition.Monitor competitors, makeup trends, new product launches, and consumer behavior.Track and analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports.Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of marketing spend.Coordinate with graphic designers, social media specialists, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.Ensure all campaigns and marketing materials are aligned with the company's brand identity.Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, social media growth, product visibility, and sales.Take ownership of marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on results.✅ REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3–5 years of marketing management experience specifically within the MAKEUP / COSMETICS industry.🚨 MAKEUP / COSMETICS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.
