MARKETING Manager – REMOTE | B2B TECHNOLOGYWork Model: Fully remote, aligned with Saudi Arabia working hoursMarket Focus: Saudi Arabia, with regional coverage as requiredABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to establish, develop, and lead the company’s marketing function from the ground up.This is a build-and-operate leadership role that combines strategy development, hands-on execution, team leadership, and commercial accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the marketing operating model, developing the strategy and annual plan, leading the current Marketing Specialist, managing approved external partners, and connecting marketing performance to qualified opportunities and business growth.The role covers corporate positioning, demand generation, brand development, bilingual content, website enhancement, digital channels, industry events, marketing operations, and performance measurement.This is not an advisory-only or social-media coordination position. It requires a leader who can establish the function, personally execute core marketing activities, and progressively build the required internal and external capabilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Function EstablishmentAssess the company’s current marketing position, capabilities, channels, assets, resources, processes, and performance.Design and implement the target marketing operating model, including structure, responsibilities, workflows, approval requirements, and service standards.Develop the marketing strategy, annual execution plan, budget, resource requirements, technology needs, and vendor model.Establish the policies, processes, calendars, governance controls, and reporting mechanisms required to operate the function effectively.Create a central repository for approved marketing content, templates, brand assets, and institutional knowledge.Implement an executive marketing dashboard covering delivery, budget, risks, commercial performance, and required decisions.Market Strategy and PositioningAnalyze the Saudi market, priority sectors, competitive landscape, enterprise purchasing behavior, and developments affecting technology and digital transformation.Define target segments, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, decision-makers, and customer purchasing journeys.Develop the company’s corporate positioning, value propositions, and core messaging across its services, products, and digital platforms.Translate technical capabilities into clear and commercially relevant customer value.Work with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Delivery teams to develop go-to-market plans, solution launches, and integrated campaigns.Strengthen the company’s market credibility through executive content, industry insights, thought leadership, and evidence-based success stories.Demand Generation and Commercial AlignmentDesign and execute integrated campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and commercially relevant opportunities.Establish clear processes for lead capture, qualification, nurturing, handover, follow-up, and conversion.Connect marketing activities to the CRM and ensure that lead sources, campaign attribution, and conversion stages are accurately tracked.Manage relevant owned, paid, and earned channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, search, webinars, partnerships, and targeted digital campaigns.Apply account-based marketing approaches where appropriate for strategic accounts and priority sectors.Measure lead quality, conversion, cost per qualified lead, cost per opportunity, return on marketing investment, and marketing-sourced pipeline.Continuously test and improve audiences, messages, offers, channels, and campaign performance.Brand, Content, Website, and Digital ChannelsReview and strengthen the company’s corporate identity and ensure consistent application across all stakeholder touchpoints.Lead the development of the company profile, service and product materials, case studies, sales presentations, executive communications, and corporate collateral.Plan, write, edit, and quality-review Arabic and English content using accurate technical and commercial terminology.Lead the enhancement of the company website, including content structure, user experience, search visibility, analytics, lead capture, and conversion pathways.Develop and manage the corporate editorial calendar and digital-channel plan.Ensure that social-media activities support the company’s positioning and commercial objectives rather than operating as isolated activities.Manage designers, video producers, web developers, agencies, and specialist vendors through clear briefs, acceptance criteria, budgets, and delivery timelines.Events and Industry EngagementDevelop the company’s strategy for participation in technology conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.Define the objective, target audience, messaging, required content, budget, and expected commercial outcomes for each event.Lead the planning and execution of major events such as LEAP, including booth requirements, visitor experience, content, campaigns, and operational coordination.Establish a structured process for capturing, qualifying, assigning, and following up event-generated leads.Evaluate event performance based on opportunity quality, conversion, cost efficiency, and contribution to the sales pipeline.Leadership and Hands-On ExecutionLead the current Marketing Specialist by setting clear objectives, priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectations.Personally lead and execute core strategic and commercial marketing activities, including planning, messaging, content development, campaign management, analysis, and executive reporting.Build an effective balance between internal execution and outsourced specialist support.Select and manage approved agencies, freelancers, and vendors in coordination with the relevant internal functions.Consolidate fragmented stakeholder requests into a prioritized and manageable marketing plan.Provide concise executive updates covering performance, gaps, corrective actions, risks, resource requirements, and decisions needed.AUTHORITY AND RESOURCESThe Head of Marketing will have defined authority, within the company’s approved authority framework, to:Recommend the annual marketing budget and resource allocation.Prioritize marketing initiatives in alignment with the CSSO and approved business objectives.Recommend and manage approved marketing tools, agencies, and specialist vendors.Propose additional team capabilities or resources based on demonstrated operational and commercial requirements.Establish performance standards, workflows, and delivery expectations for the marketing function.The role will personally execute core strategic and commercial activities while coordinating specialist production through the internal team and approved external partners.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.Minimum of eight years of progressive marketing experience, including at least three years in a managerial or leadership role with direct accountability for results.Proven experience in B2B technology, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, or professional services marketing.Demonstrated experience establishing a marketing function from the ground up or materially restructuring and improving an existing function.Strong practical understanding of the Saudi market, enterprise purchasing behavior, decision-making structures, and the technology-sector competitive environment.Broad experience across corporate positioning, brand management, content, websites, digital channels, campaigns, events, and sales-enablement materials.Experience leading small teams and managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.Professional fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing, editing, presentation, and executive communication capabilities in both languages.Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital analytics, campaign tools, content-management systems, and relevant marketing technologies.Ability to present a portfolio or anonymized case studies demonstrating the business challenge, personal contribution, actions taken, measurable results, and lessons learned.PREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience marketing digital platforms, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, enterprise software, or Software-as-a-Service solutions.Experience with account-based marketing, marketing automation, lead scoring, and attribution models.Experience managing major technology events and exhibitions in Saudi Arabia.A master’s degree or recognized professional certification in marketing, digital marketing, or analytics.PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTMarketing-owned performance indicators will include:Qualified
