Position Title: Marketing ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary AED: Depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A pre-opening lifestyle hotel in Dubai offering an upscale hospitality experience under a distinctive luxury portfolio.Job Description: Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for the hotel's pre-opening, launch, and ongoing commercial objectives. Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, SEO/SEM, PR, influencer partnerships, and online reputation. Develop campaigns to drive room, F&B, meetings & events, and other hotel outlet revenues, while ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards. Manage agencies and creative partners, monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance, and collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations and Corporate Marketing teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role within a Hilton hotelStrong experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, PR/media relations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
