WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING MANAGER | DUBAIWe are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai and lead the marketing of our company and property listings.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings and the company.Manage social media, website, property portals, and digital advertising.Create and coordinate property marketing materials, including photos, videos, brochures, and listings.Generate and manage leads in collaboration with the sales team.Plan and promote property launches, open houses, and events.Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and ROI.Conduct market and competitor research.Maintain consistent branding across all channels.Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, and other vendors.Prepare marketing reports and recommend strategies to increase leads and sales.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estateStrong knowledge of digital marketing and social mediaCreative mindset with excellent communication skillsStrong understanding of lead generation and marketing analyticsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and projectsIf you’re passionate about marketing and real estate and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
