About The RoleAs our Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the marketing and growth of the alternative healthcare and therapeutics brands across our portfolio.Your primary focus will be Polln, our digital healthcare clinic, where you’ll drive patient acquisition, conversion and retention, while identifying opportunities to improve the patient journey and overall experience. You’ll develop and execute marketing initiatives across relevant channels, continually refining our approach based on what we learn. With a strong understanding of our audience, customer journey and lifecycle marketing, you’ll use insights and performance data to shape priorities and turn opportunities into meaningful growth.You’ll also lead marketing for our therapeutic brands Cultiva and Blüm, delivering activity across HCP and prescriber engagement, education, product launches and ongoing brand marketing.This is a hands-on marketing role with genuine ownership across established healthcare brands. Working collaboratively across our marketing team and wider business, you’ll have the autonomy to develop new approaches, pursue opportunities and directly influence their growth.What You'll DoOwn Polln’s marketing plan, translating brand and commercial priorities into clear quarterly priorities across acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.Drive patient acquisition and clinic growth across paid, organic, referral and emerging channels, with a focus on sustainable, measurable growth.Lead paid media strategy and performance, overseeing channel strategy, targeting, budget allocation, testing and optimisation in partnership with our media agency.Own CRM, lifecycle and retention, developing email, SMS and automated journeys that improve conversion, engagement, rebooking, reactivation and lifetime value.Improve the patient journey end to end, using data, patient insight and experimentation to identify friction, improve conversion and strengthen the overall experience.Lead Polln’s brand and growth marketing, turning patient insight, positioning and category understanding into compliant campaigns that build awareness, trust and demand.Shape content, social and search priorities, working collaboratively across the marketing team to deliver relevant, distinctive and compliant content that supports Polln’s marketing objectives.Drive marketing across Cultiva and Blüm, delivering activity across HCP and prescriber engagement, education, product launches, communications and events.What we're looking forWe’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketer who can take ownership of marketing across our alternative healthcare brands, understand our audiences and identify opportunities to strengthen both brand and performance. You’ll ideally have:6+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within consumer and/or healthcare environments, with experience marketing to both consumers/patients and healthcare professionals highly regarded.A proven track record of developing and delivering marketing initiatives that drive customer or patient acquisition, conversion and measurable growth.Strong experience across paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing and digital customer journeys, including working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta.Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4, advertising platforms and CRM data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.A strong continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to turn insights into clear actions and measurable improvements.Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect marketing activity and investment to revenue, growth and broader business outcomes.Experience developing insight-led campaigns and marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, trust and demand.Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills, with experience briefing creative teams and working cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory and Commercial stakeholders.Why Nectar Brands?Join a growing healthcare business where your work can make a genuine impact.We’ve helped more than 20,000 patients across Australia, and we’re continuing to grow our brands, expand our reach and build what’s next in healthcare.
