Company Description MindAbs is a cognitive development program for children aged 6–16, built on the research-grounded Framework. Rather than focusing on grades, speed, memory, or test scores, MindAbs trains the underlying thinking architecture that shapes how children reason, decide, and act in real situations. Through daily scenario-based dilemmas involving friendship, fairness, pressure, and consequence, children practice structured thinking that builds seven core cognitive pillars, including causal reasoning, perspective-taking, and metacognition. MindAbs is created by ReflectWise Labs Pvt Ltd, which believes that a well-trained mind is the foundation of a life well lived.Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow awareness and adoption of MindAbs among parents, schools, and educational partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running campaigns, managing digital channels, coordinating content and creatives, and tracking performance metrics to optimize outreach and conversion. The role involves collaborating with product, curriculum, and sales teams to craft clear messaging, develop educational marketing materials, and support partner relationships. The Marketing Manager will also conduct market research, oversee brand positioning, and manage external agencies or vendors as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.QualificationsStrong marketing strategy and planning skills, with experience designing and executing integrated campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, performance marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.Ability to develop clear, compelling marketing content and collaborate closely with writers, designers, and educators.Experience with brand management, positioning, and storytelling, ideally in education, edtech, or child development sectors.Comfort with market research, audience segmentation, and using data to drive decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Proven capability to manage projects end-to-end, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet timelines.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Prior experience in a marketing leadership or manager role, preferably in a growth-focused organization.Genuine interest in cognitive development, education innovation, and building long-term impact for children and families.
