Marketing Manager | Russian SpeakerAbout the Role: A senior marketing leadership role setting strategy and owning outcomes for FirstBit's UAE/GCC marketing function; brand, demand generation, and pipeline contribution for a construction ERP product with a technical, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycle. This role carries budget ownership and works directly with the senior leadership, a significant portion of whom communicate in Russian.Key Responsibilities ·       Run FirstBit's day-to-day marketing execution - content calendar, paid campaigns, and events.·       Set direction for content, digital advertising, and event marketing, delegating execution to the team (content writers, and BDR).·       Define and own the lead-to-pipeline process in CRM, working with the BDR on qualification criteria and with sales on handoff and conversion tracking.·       Plan and manage online advertising (paid search, SEO, LinkedIn, programmatic) targeting construction industry decision-makers. Case studies and client testimonials.·       Build FirstBit's brand and market position within the UAE construction industry, competitive positioning, messaging, and thought leadership.·       Set the events strategy: client business breakfasts, webinars, and industry event presence, deciding where and why FirstBit shows up.·       Report marketing performance and strategy directly to the Head of Commercial Department.·       Build out and scale the marketing team over time as the business grows. What We're Looking For·       4+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years managing a small team.·       Preferred proven experience marketing a technically complex product (software, ERP, SaaS, fintech). Experience managing a CRM-driven lead pipeline.·       Hands-on content and campaign management experience, not purely strategic.·       Strong track record in event-led B2B marketing (executive breakfasts, industry conferences).·       Russian and English language fluency strongly preferred.·       UAE/GCC market experience preferred; construction/contracting industry knowledge is a plus.
