ABOUT MODULORModulor is a Belgrade-headquartered general contractor and facade specialist, delivering complex residential, hospitality, healthcare, sports and civil engineering projects since 1992. With roughly 300 employees and offices in Belgrade, Zagreb and Dubai, Modulor combines in-house design, engineering, manufacturing and installation capability to deliver building envelopes and full construction packages across Southeast Europe and the Gulf.ROLE SUMMARYThis role owns Modulor's marketing and brand activity. You will develop our marketing plans, design the graphic solutions that build our visual identity, and increase brand awareness across our markets. Working closely with Sales, you will also lead our social media presence, market research, CRM set-up and PR activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop effective marketing plans aligned with commercial objectivesCollaborate closely with the Sales team to support business goalsCreate high-quality and visually compelling graphic solutionsRepresent and strengthen Modulor’s brand across our social media channelsConduct relevant market research and analysisDevelop and maintain a strong and consistent visual identityDrive initiatives that increase brand awarenessSet up and manage the CRM systemCoordinate and manage PR activitiesREQUIREMENTSA minimum of two years' experience as a Graphic DesignerExcellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesignFluent in EnglishStrong attention to detail with a genuine eye for aestheticsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlinesCandidates based in Dubai are preferred.NICE TO HAVEA dynamic, approachable, and proactive mannerWillingness to share experience and knowledge across the teamComfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedbackHOW TO APPLYYour CV must include a link to your portfolio.
