Apply & track with Apply EdgeMarketing Manager, North AmericaGreenlam America | Doral, FL (onsite) | Full time Base: $80,000 plus group bonus | Travel: 25 to 40% across North, Central, and South AmericaThe short versionWe make the surfaces you have already walked past a hundred times without knowing it. Greenlam is the 3rd largest manufacture of laminates with footprint in over 115 countries. What we do not have yet is a real marketing engine in North America. That is the job. This is not a seat where you inherit a playbook and keep it warm. You are building the thing. You will have a team of three, a direct line to the VP of North America, and enough room to actually try stuff. What you will ownYou own the strategy, the campaigns, the sampling programs, and the whole chain from someone clicking a sample to that product landing in a real building spec. You will track conversion and you will be measured on it.Getting in front of designers. CEU sessions, Lunch and Learns, design presentations, material library placements. You are the reason architecture firms know our name.Trade and channel. Our distributors and dealers need programs, promotions, launch toolkits, and sales materials. You build them, then you go activate them in market.Brand and product. Product launches, positioning, competitor research, content, sustainability storytelling, trend tracking. If it shapes how the brand shows up, it runs through you.Events. NeoCon is the big one. Add regional trade shows, distributor conferences, and customer events on top.The numbers. Campaign performance, Sampling reporting, lead management, ROI, dashboards. You should like knowing whether something worked. What we are actually looking forRoughly 3 to 5 years in marketing, and honestly we care more about how you think than how long you have been doing it. If you are hungry, digitally fluent, and you like the idea of running a region instead of running a slide deck, keep reading. You will do well here if you:Live natively in digital and social and do not need a vendor to tell you what is workingCan organize chaos, because there is some, and someone needs to be the calm center of itAre comfortable being the youngest person in a room full of architects and still owning the conversationWant to travel and see the business, not read about itWould rather build something from scratch than optimize something someone else builtB2B, building products, interiors, or design adjacent experience is a plus. Coming from somewhere like Wilsonart, Formica, EGGER, Interface, Shaw, Mohawk, Tarkett would put you ahead, but it is not a dealbreaker. A bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, Architecture, or Interior Design is preferred.Bilingual English and Spanish is a real advantage since Mexico and Latin America are in scope. Why this is a good moveYou get scope that most people your level do not touch for another decade. Three countries, a team, a real budget, and a President who wants ideas rather than status updates. Our global support team handles the Material Bank and Salesforce backend, so you spend your time on strategy and market work instead of admin. The team here is small, about six people, which means you will not be waiting on approvals from four layers of management. You will know exactly what your work did. What good looks like in year one15,000 plus sample requests. 100 plus design firms engaged. 500 plus people through our CEU sessions. $10M to $20M in influenced pipeline. Four product launches. Six trade shows. Ambitious, yes. That is sort of the point.Compensation$80,000 base plus an 8% group bonus tied to company performance.Additional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
