Marketing Manager Digital & Social MediaLocation: Dubai / Sharjah, UAEExperience: 2 - 8 yearsIndustry Preference: Sports, Padel, Fitness, Health & Wellness, Clubs, Hospitality, Lifestyle or similar industriesJob SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to manage and execute the day-to-day marketing activities for a growing sports and padel business.The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy and comfortable handling content creation, social media management, graphic design, marketing outreach and digital advertising. Candidates with prior experience in sports, fitness, clubs, hospitality, lifestyle or similar consumer-facing businesses will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day social media platforms, including content planning, posting and community engagement.Create engaging photo/video content, reels, stories and other social media assets.Develop and execute monthly social media and content calendars.Handle basic graphic design for social media posts, promotions, events and campaigns.Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events and club activities.Conduct marketing outreach and coordinate with relevant partners, communities, influencers and businesses.Assist in planning and executing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.Monitor campaign and social media performance and provide basic reports/insights.Work closely with the operations and club teams to identify opportunities for content and promotional campaigns.Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats and digital marketing practices. Must-Have Skills2 - 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Marketing.Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.Good content creation and copywriting skills.Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.Understanding of Meta Ads; Google Ads experience is preferred.Good communication and coordination skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content independently.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.Willingness to move between different club/location sites in Dubai and Sharjah as required. PreferredExperience in padel, sports, fitness, health & wellness, clubs, hospitality, lifestyle or entertainment.Existing experience managing social media accounts for a consumer-facing business.Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships or community outreach.Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance. Ideal CandidateA practical, execution-focused marketer who can create content, manage social media, design basic creatives, coordinate marketing activities and support paid campaigns without requiring extensive supervision.
