strategies across We Group and key IP, conference and client projects, including Winter Music Conference (WMC).Develop plans covering objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, budgets, timelines and KPIs.Lead campaign delivery, delegating activity to the Marketing Executive and external suppliers.Monitor performance, manage budgets and proactively change approaches where activity is not delivering.Report to senior management and board members on performance, priorities, challenges and opportunities.Social, Content & PROwn social and content strategy across We Group brands, Nick Morgan’s profiles and relevant client projects.Oversee content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.Manage content capture at festivals, conferences and events.Identify PR opportunities and develop relationships with relevant trade and mainstream publications.Produce and oversee press releases, thought leadership and company announcements.Use performance insights to shape future activity and support the Marketing Executive with content creation and video editing.Paid Media / PPCPlan, set up, manage and optimise paid Meta campaigns, particularly to drive ticket sales and awareness for WMC.Take hands-on ownership within Meta Ads Manager, including audiences, objectives, budgets, KPIs, conversion goals and creative testing.Understand the requirements of B2B and B2C campaigns and adapt targeting, messaging and strategy accordingly.Monitor performance, optimise spend and demonstrate ROI where tracking allows, establishing appropriate KPIs where direct attribution is not possible.Affiliate, Partnership & Creator MarketingIdentify and develop relevant affiliate, partnership, creator and influencer opportunities.Leverage brands and communities such as WMC to secure relevant creator, artist and industry endorsements.Special Projects & Industry EngagementLead special projects supporting We Group’s industry profile and business objectives.Curate panels, including concepts, speakers and promotion, for selected industry events.Identify speaking and thought-leadership opportunities for Nick Morgan and other senior team members.Websites, Email & BrandOversee company and project websites, ensuring content, design and user journeys remain current and effective.Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.Plan targeted email campaigns for WMC and other projects.Maintain brand consistency across digital channels, decks and marketing materials.Brief and manage designers, developers and external suppliers.Event Marketing & TicketingLead marketing for relevant event and conference projects, developing campaigns to drive ticket sales, registrations and attendance.Monitor sales against targets and adapt activity where required.Plan communications around launches, ticket tiers, deadlines and key conversion points.Work closely with event, ticketing, registration, speaker and partnership teams.Oversee relevant on-site marketing, branding, content and attendee communications.AI & InnovationDevelop practical AI projects and agents that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.Identify opportunities for AI and automation, test tools and introduce effective workflows to the marketing team.Financial & Commercial SkillsManage marketing budgets and track spend against agreed allocations.Evaluate the commercial impact and ROI of marketing activity.Manage external suppliers against brief, budget and deadline.Monitor time allocated to client projects against agreed scopes and budgets.Complete timesheets and expenses accurately.Personal & Management SkillsMarketing Executive ManagementManage the Marketing Executive’s workload, priorities and
