You will oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution, analyze market and consumer trends, and ensure CD Peacock’s voice and identity are consistently communicated. This role blends strategic planning, creative thinking, and data-informed decision-making to build customer engagement, brand equity, and business results.What you'll doLead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, email, and in-store channelsDevelop 360° campaign strategies that support product launches, brand moments, and seasonal promotionsManage the marketing calendar and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and on-time executionPartner with internal departments (sales, ecommerce, client development, creative) to ensure messaging and goals are unifiedConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign directionChampion brand storytelling with a sharp eye for luxury positioning, customer insights, and content innovationMentor and guide the marketing team, fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performance cultureOversee the Social Media & Marketing Assistant and delegate executional tasks where appropriateCollaborate with external partners, including agencies, designers, influencers, and vendorsServe as the point of contact for PR and media relationships; oversee media placements and public relations effortsManage the marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources and positive ROITrack key performance indicators and campaign results to refine strategy and drive continuous improvementMaintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identityStay current on marketing trends, technologies, luxury consumer behavior, and relevant cultural eventsQualificationsStrong background in luxury retail marketingStrong knowledge of and passion for jewelry and watches8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, including campaign ownershipHands-on experience managing both traditional and digital marketing channelsProven track record managing campaigns, teams, and external vendorsDeep understanding of social media platforms, from functionality to paid advertising productsStrong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative and original ideasStrong proficiency in digital media and social media metrics, analytics, and monitoring toolsStrong Photoshop and video editing skills for high-quality content creationStrong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to quickly adopt, shift, and evolve tone of voice (editorial or copywriting experience required)Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content and program effectiveness, paired with exceptional attention to detailStrong understanding of market trends and the ability to respond quickly to evolving customer shopping behaviorExceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting deadlines across multiple projectsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work well under pressure with a flexible and positive attitudeBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Availability to work onsite 40 hours per weekBenefitsCD Peacock offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health benefits, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for professional growth.The pay range for this role is:80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Corporate)
