The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.ABOUT THE JOBOwn member acquisition and the platform's market presence. Phase 1 acquisition runs on ALJ owned channels rather than paid media, so the role centres on converting a warm audience of Saudi micro-business owners into registered, paying members.Key responsibilitiesPlan and run acquisition campaigns across ALJ owned channels and the existing MSME contact baseOwn conversion from first contact to paid subscription: messaging, landing journeys, offers, and follow-upDevelop the platform's Arabic-first marketing content and voice, consistent with brand guidelinesMeasure and report acquisition and conversion performance; recommend where to invest nextCoordinate launch communications for pilot milestones and public launchBuild the evidence base for any future paid acquisition, including channel tests and cost-per-acquisition benchmarksQualifications and experience5+ years in digital marketing or growth roles, ideally for subscription or SME-facing productsDemonstrated experience owning conversion funnels and campaign performance end to endStrong Arabic copy judgement; native-level Arabic and professional EnglishExperience marketing to the Saudi SME or consumer market is a strong advantage
