Scalata AI enables institutions to close complex deals faster, scale high-quality analysis efficiently, and unlock new advisory and reporting products while maintaining speed, precision, and compliance by design.Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that position Scalata AI as a leading platform for credit and financial markets, including digital, content, events, and partner marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will develop go-to-market strategies for product launches, create messaging and collateral for sales enablement, and manage performance across channels such as web, email, social, and paid media. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, defining target segments and value propositions, overseeing content production, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive demand and pipeline growth. The role also includes tracking key marketing metrics, optimizing campaigns based on data, managing external vendors or agencies as needed, and ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and the needs of regulated financial institutions.QualificationsExperience in B2B marketing for technology or financial services, including campaign planning, execution, and measurement.Strong skills in digital marketing (web, email, social, paid), content marketing, and demand generation for complex, enterprise solutions.Ability to develop clear positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials for technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated capability in market, customer, and competitor research to inform go-to-market strategy and segmentation.Comfort working with data and analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret performance, and optimize campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in regulated industries.Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,
