Marketing Manager

Preferably, the candidate must be fluent in both Turkish and English.The role oversees marketing campaigns, social media, branding, partnerships, events, promotions, and content strategies while ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the company’s image, standards, and business objectives.The Marketing Manager also coordinates with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and franchise partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across all platforms and locations. Additionally, the role monitors marketing budgets, campaign performance, customer trends, and competitor activities to continuously improve brand visibility and commercial results.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute the marketing strategy of Brunch & CakeExecuting the marketing plans and taking part in developing strategies, monthly andyearly Marketing calendarsCommunicate and coordinate with the PR agency for day-to-day media requirementsTrain and develop the teams based on the experience of the marketing and brand guidelines and ethos on how to create and replicate the Brunch & Cake brand online presence, as well as the influencer experience and campaigns.Develop customer satisfaction measure strategiesMake sure all customer satisfaction and online ratings are collected and overseen to keep a high rating, correct and redeem negative experiences or comments, and report to the Executive team any issues for corrections.Maintain a unified brand identity online and offline in the outlets and ensure the brand guidelines and standards are communicated, and the teams are well-trained on them, and the execution is done properlyStay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our social media strategy.Oversee with the planning of social media content calendars; creating imagery, engaging captions, and strategic reposting of stories & posts.Maintain a high level of community management on social media platforms and review platforms.Social MediaOversee & assist with all events from planning to execution.Oversee Brunch & Cake social media accounts consistency (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, &LinkedIn) and Reviews Platforms (Google Business pages, TripAdvisor, Zomato, Foursquare)Please apply with CVs.
