Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall B2B marketing strategy
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and offline channels
- Drive lead generation and support the business development and sales teams
- Develop compelling marketing content, including case studies, presentations, brochures and thought leadership
- Manage the company's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including website, SEO, social media and email campaigns
- Plan and coordinate industry events, exhibitions and client engagement initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI
- Work closely with senior leadership, sales and operational teams
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors and developments within environmental services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within a B2B environment
- Experience within Environmental Services, Sustainability, Facilities Management, Waste Management, Infrastructure or a related sector would be highly advantageous
- Strong experience in lead generation and demand generation
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management
- Strong content, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to measure marketing performance and ROI
- Experience working closely with sales and business development teams
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocatePackage:
