Marketing Manager

Jodayn is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh.In this role, you will lead all marketing activity that supports Jodayn's growth: generating qualified leads, equipping our sales team with the materials they need to win, and positioning Jodayn in front of decision-makers across the Saudi public and private sectors.RequirementsWhat You'll DoOwn demand generation: plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and the website that produce qualified leads for the sales teamBuild sales enablement materials: pitch decks, service one-pagers, case studies, and client-facing collateralRun account-based marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts identified with salesSupport bid and proposal teams with company profiles and tailored marketing contentProduce B2B content in Arabic and English: case studies, whitepapers, social posts, and executive thought leadershipManage Jodayn's social media presence and grow engagement with target audiencesCoordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships (LEAP, Black Hat MEA, and similar)Develop the annual marketing plan and manage the marketing budgetManage relationships with external agencies, designers, and vendorsReport on marketing-sourced pipeline and conversion metrics to commercial leadershipRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field4-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B technology or professional servicesProven track record of marketing that contributed measurably to sales pipelineStrong writing skills in both Arabic and EnglishComfortable working closely with sales teams and using CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Hands-on experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing tools, and website CMS platformsWorking knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platformsAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver against deadlines independentlySaudi nationals preferredNice to HaveExperience marketing to government or enterprise clients in KSABackground in event managementExperience mentoring junior marketing staffBenefitsWhy Join UsOwn the marketing function of a fast-growing Saudi technology consultancyDirect exposure to commercial leadership and strategic accountsCompetitive salary, medical insurance, and professional development support
