Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a leading food manufacturing and industrial production client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive local market experience and a proven track record within the food processing, FMCG, or grain/agri-commodities sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across the region.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the food manufacturing and industrial supply market.Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities across target sectors.Manage trade marketing, promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning.Align closely with B2B and distribution sales teams to support revenue targets and client acquisition.Evaluate campaign performance and marketing ROI using data-driven insights.Oversee channel marketing activities and build strong relationships with key market stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager capacity.Industry Knowledge: Background in food processing, agri-commodities, milling, or large-scale FMCG manufacturing.Regional Expertise: UAE market experience is strictly required.Skills: Strategic brand management, budget management, and strong cross-functional leadership.Job Details:Location: Ajman, UAEWorking Schedule: 5 days a week (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
