We also offer an employee rebate purchase program for new Subaru vehicles and a discount program for genuine Subaru parts and accessories.Role and ResponsibilitiesSDC is seeking an energetic, highly driven Marketing Manager to oversee the strategy and execution of traditional, digital, and experiential marketing at the retailer and regional level. This role requires a marketing expert who can maintain a consistently high level of performance while managing multiple priorities, supporting retailer needs, coordinating vendor activity, and ensuring Subaru brand values are reflected across advertising, partnerships, and campaigns.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. This individual must be able to manage competing priorities, move quickly between retailer support, vendor coordination, performance reporting, and event execution, and consistently demonstrate the ownership and urgency required to drive measurable marketing results.

Responsibilities

Visits SDC retailers and works directly with retailer executive management to improve overall marketing strategy, including traditional, digital, and event marketing.Works with retailers to improve online presence, including website optimization, AI optimization, search engine marketing strategy & online reputation management.Manages SDC’s tier 2 marketing campaigns with 3rd party vendors.Helps to monitor and manage SDC’s relationship with various 3rd party service providers, including Shift Digital, Ansira, and Subaru CareConnect, to coordinate the efforts of 3rd party field representatives with Subaru brand initiatives.Develop regional reports to measure retailer, district, and regional performance. Host regional training sessions for field staff and retailers.Manage SDC’s Co-Op advertising program. Work closely with each district management team to provide local assistance in implementation of Subaru brand initiatives and pursuit of Subaru/SDC objectives. Plans and attends various auto shows and off-site events to ensure proper setup & execution.Attend various national business conferences throughout the year.Skills/QualificationsEffective communication skills in both written and spoken word.Strong knowledge of modern marketing, including digital advertising, website optimization,search strategy, reputation management, retailer marketing execution, and performance reporting.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and a high standard of execution.Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite.Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including daily travel within and across SDC territory.Passion for the Subaru brand and/or the automobile business.Understanding of mainstream automotive CRM systems.5 years or more of relevant marketing experience is preferred.Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Salary Range -$125,000 - $170,000 The Subaru Love PromiseSubaru and its Retailers believe in making the world a better place, and the Subaru Love Promise isour dedication to doing just that.
