- Develop and manage the YO-CAI marketing strategy
- Plan campaigns across social, digital and in-store
- Own the monthly content and marketing calendar
- Lead brand partnerships, creators, events and activations
- Support product launches, new flavours and store openings
- Manage CRM and customer communications
- Track budgets, campaign performance and ROI
- Ensure the brand stays consistent across every customer touchpointWho we’re looking for:
- 5–7+ years marketing experience
- F&B, hospitality, retail or lifestyle experience is a must
- Strong social and digital knowledge
- Creative, commercially minded and highly organised
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-moving environment📍 Dubai💜 Full-time
