🚨 WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING MANAGER – F&BFlavor Brilliant for Meals Co. is growing, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing of our growing portfolio of restaurant brands across the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.Our brands include SITE, Ajayel and The Roam, with new concepts under development.We are looking for a commercial, creative and hands-on marketing professional who understands that successful restaurant marketing is not only about social media. It is about building brands, driving customer traffic and growing sales.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly marketing strategies.
• Manage marketing across multiple restaurant brands and branches.
• Lead social media strategy, content calendars and digital campaigns.
• Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other paid advertising.
• Develop campaigns focused on customer acquisition, restaurant traffic and sales.
• Plan and execute new product and menu launches.
• Manage influencers, KOLs and content creators.
• Develop local store marketing campaigns for individual branches.
• Manage delivery platform marketing and digital sales initiatives.
• Build customer loyalty, retention and CRM campaigns.
• Manage creative agencies, designers, photographers and other suppliers.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer behavior.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI / ROAS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Work closely with Management, Operations, Chefs and Finance.Candidate RequirementsMandatory:✅ 3–5 years of Saudi restaurant / F&B marketing experience✅ Currently available in Saudi Arabia✅ Strong digital marketing and social media experience✅ Experience with paid advertising and campaign management✅ Experience managing influencers and content creators✅ Strong understanding of customer acquisition and restaurant sales✅ Ability to manage multiple brands and projects✅ Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills✅ English communication skills required✅ Arabic is an advantageThe Right CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:Creative
