About UsLocal Favorites is a Dallas-based restaurant group operating 99 locations across ten concepts, including El Fenix Mexican Restaurant, Snuffer's Restaurant & Bar, Meso Maya, Taqueria La Ventana, Wok Star Chinese, Campuzano, Twisted Root Burger Company, Jeng Chi, Village Burger Bar, and Cotton Patch Cafe, which joined the organization most recently.Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will support the strategic direction, growth, and day-to-day marketing execution for a portfolio of restaurant brands across multiple locations. This role serves as the marketing steward and cross-functional partner, ensuring each concept maintains a distinct identity while executing against broader company goals.The ideal candidate is a strategic and highly collaborative marketer who can move seamlessly between big-picture brand strategy and hands-on execution to drive topline revenue. They will partner closely with Operations, Culinary, Creative, Digital, Brand standards, Finance, and senior leadership to develop marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive guest traffic, increase sales, and deliver consistent guest experience across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Implementation & ManagementDevelop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for assigned restaurant concepts and locations.Partner with Brand team to ensure marketing plans align with each concept's positioning, voice, visual identity, and guest experience remain consistent and differentiated.Identify opportunities to strengthen brand relevance, guest engagement, and revenue growth across the portfolio.Translate company objectives into actionable brand and marketing strategies.Monitor consumer, cultural, competitive, and restaurant industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.Marketing & Campaign DevelopmentDevelop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR, paid media, in-store, and local marketing channels.Own comprehensive marketing calendars, coordinating promotions, LTOs, seasonal campaigns, events, and brand initiatives across multiple concepts.Partner with Creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling, on-brand campaigns and marketing materials.Develop marketing strategies that balance portfolio-wide initiatives with the unique needs and positioning of each brand.Support menu marketing, promotional development, new product launches, and limited time offers.Restaurant & Multi-Unit MarketingPartner closely with Operations, Brand Team, and field leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed at the restaurant level.Develop tools and resources that enable restaurant teams to successfully activate marketing programs.Identify opportunities for local store marketing and community engagement.Support new restaurant openings, remodels, market expansion, and other unit-level initiatives.Monitor execution across locations and identify opportunities to improve consistency and performance.Guest Engagement & DigitalOversee marketing initiatives across social media and digital channels, ensuring content reflects each concept's unique personality and positioning.Develop relevant, personalized guest communications and promotional strategies.Leverage guest data, behavioral insights, and performance reporting to improve engagement and retention.Partner with third-party delivery platforms to optimize brand presence, merchandising, promotions, and sales.Analytics & Business PerformanceMonitor marketing performance and key business metrics across brands and locations.Use sales, traffic, guest, digital, and campaign data to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.Establish KPIs and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, and overall business impact.Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to senior leadership.Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure resources are aligned with business priorities.Cross-Functional LeadershipBuild strong relationships with Brand team, Operations, Culinary, Finance, HR, Development, and senior leadership.Act as a central point of contact between marketing and operational teams for assigned brands.Lead agencies, vendors, freelancers, and other external partners as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically aligned and operationally executable.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing industries.Experience managing brands across multiple locations, markets, or business units.Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong understanding of restaurant marketing, digital marketing, social media, CRM, and promotional strategy.Experience managing marketing calendars, LTOs, menu promotions, and seasonal campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing multiple restaurant concepts or a multi-unit restaurant portfolio.Experience working with franchise, multi-unit, or restaurant group organizations.Experience with restaurant loyalty, CRM, delivery platforms, and guest data.Experience supporting new restaurant openings and market expansion.Familiarity with regional restaurant and
