We produce about 600 products in our plants in Turkey and Tunisia, including bouillon and seasonings, instant noodles, beverage powders, coffee creamers, and dessert and baking mixes. We make them for our own brands (Solana, Boni, Mak-C, Tri-C, Budget, Kusina, Hilal, Aqualis) and for the private labels of leading retailers in North America, Europe and the Middle East. We ship to more than 90 countries.The roleOur growth so far has been built on manufacturing and private label. We are now building the marketing function for our own brands, and we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to set it up and run it hands-on. This is a brand-building role: you will get to know our brands in depth, define a long-term brand strategy, and grow them across our markets. You report to the Managing Director. The role is based in Dubai. For an exceptional candidate, we will consider remote work from another country, with regular travel to Dubai.What you will doGet to know our brands, consumers, markets and distributors in depth, and define where each brand should go.Build a long-term brand strategy and brand architecture for our own brands, with a clear plan for the next three to five years.Lead brand building: positioning, identity, packaging, content and integrated campaigns.Set up and run the marketing function: budget, processes, KPIs and agencies.Set and drive our digital and e-commerce strategy across markets.Lead go-to-market for new markets and channels, working with our distributors and commercial partners.Manage relationships with agencies, e-commerce and retail partners, and distributors.Position FlavourTech as the partner of choice for private label clients, and support sales on key accounts and at major trade events.What success looks likeFirst 6 months: a deep understanding of each brand and its markets, and a long-term brand strategy and budget agreed with the Managing Director.Year one: brand platforms relaunched for our priority brands, agency partners and marketing processes in place, and measurable growth in brand sales through distributors and online channels.Over time: stronger brands that consumers and distributors ask for, with sales growth you can show in numbers.Required7+ years in marketing, including at least 3 years managing brands for food, beverage or FMCG companies.A proven record of growing brands, with results you can show in numbers (sales, distribution, market share).Has built and executed a multi-year brand strategy.Has built a brand, product line or market from the ground up.Hands-on digital and e-commerce experience.Has managed agencies and a marketing budget with measured results.Excellent written and spoken English.Nice to haveHas grown brands in several countries through distributors or partners.Arabic; French.Experience across the Middle East, Africa, Europe or North America.Private label or B2B marketing for a manufacturer.A degree in marketing or business; an MBA.
