Bringing strong strategic marketing experience, project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns will be essential for success in this role.Purpose of the RoleDrive regional growth by leading and executing Europe marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives across business aviation, commercial passenger, and cargo charter services.Drive Chapman Freeborn Group (CFG) brand visibility, growth and positioning across Europe markets, reinforcing CFG as the preferred charter solutions provider.Implement effective marketing campaigns that meet the group’s objectives for new business generation and customer engagement.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated EUROPE marketing strategies that directly support regional commercial goals and market share growth.Drive brand awareness and market presence across all CFG service lines in EUROPE.Manage the EUROPE marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective utilization of resources.Use data analytics and reporting to measure EUROPE marketing effectiveness through KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure optimal performance.Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimise resource allocation in EUROPE.Oversee and lead generation, digital marketing performance, and campaign optimisation, ensuring measurable ROI and performance tracking in EUROPE.Develop and coordinate content creation for marketing campaigns across multiple channels including copy, visuals, segmentation; work in partnership with other regional marketing managers and a global marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns tailored to EUROPE region.Lead content planning, creation, and management across digital channels, social media, and regional communications, ensuring alignment with CFG brand guidelines.Support EUROPE internal communications with clear, effective messaging aligned with business priorities.Partner with Global PR & Communications to plan, schedule, and evaluate EUROPE social media and PR activities.Write and distribute EUROPE press releases to trade press with guidance from Group Marketing.Work with the digital marketing team in the creation of blog articles and rich content to increase our visibility through search results and online campaigns.Oversee planning and execution of regional trade shows, exhibitions, events, and marketing activations, design work, including branded merchandise sourcing; liaise with outside suppliers including printers, event organizers etc.Support sales activities with targeted presentations, proposals and other support - ensure that all marketing material is in line with group marketing procedures.Ensure accuracy and consistency of local language translations and regional content adaptations.Act as a brand ambassador for Chapman Freeborn Group across EUROPE region.Maintain an oversight of marketing materials, assets, and inventories, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.Participate in the marketing team meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and avoidance of duplicated efforts.Share best practices, insights, and innovative ideas with regional and global marketing teams.People Management Effectively manage personnel in line with People and Culture policies, procedures and guidelines that conform fully to local legislation and regulations.Act in a professional, confidential and appropriate manner in all staff interactions and employee matters.Correlation with Sales, Broking and Group Marketing staffWork closely with EUROPE Commercial, Sales, Broking, Product, and Group Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth objectives.CommunicationWork in partnership with the digital marketing team in shaping marketing activities in the region.Keep up to date with activities of other marketing staff using the appropriate network of communication.Provide guidance and support to colleagues on Chapman Freeborn’s voice, language, visual identity and logo usage – establishing and maintaining the templates the team and group works from.Group Policies and Procedures (Business Intelligence, Compliance, Finance, HR, IT, Legal)Undertake all activities in accordance with applicable group policies and procedures to ensure that the interests of the Group and individual corporate entities are protected at all times.At all times ensure that legal and commercial risks (to the extent relevant to the post-holder role) are identified and minimised through effective communication with applicable stakeholders as well as relevant support functional departments and, when necessary, the Board of Directors.OtherComply with all company policies and procedures.Handle sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.Carry out any other duties within the competence of the role holder, as requested (including additional working hours as and when required).Travel when required in line with business needs.Keep up to date with industry changes, procedures and requirements relating to job role.QualificationsRelevant degree or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in marketingAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to join a global company and be part of a diverse international teamProfessional development and career opportunitiesWith over 50 years of experience, the Chapman Freeborn group provides a diverse range of aviation-related services on a global basis.
