قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Personal Collection's healthcare business' (Asiatic's) brand and marketing programs to strengthen brand awareness, build patient trust, generate qualified patient demand, and support business growth.The role leads brand management, digital marketing, local branch marketing,community engagement, customer communications, marketing analytics, and campaignexecution while ensuring that the company's brand promise of Trust, Convenience,and Care is consistently reflected across all customer touchpoints.Responsibilities:Brand ManagementBuild, maintain and protect Asiatic's brand standards.Ensure consistency across all branches, marketing materials, uniforms, signage,and customer touchpoints.Develop and maintain the Company's marketing asset library.Develop and execute Asiatic's marketing strategy and campaignsPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting laboratory services, home service, executive check-ups, wellness programs, occupational health, and new services.Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.Digital MarketingManage the Company's digital presence across multiple channels, including but not limited to, the official website and social media platforms.Oversee website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and digital campaigns.Improve online visibility and patient acquisition.Customer AcquisitionDevelop and execute campaigns supporting Home Service, Executive Check-ups, Wellness Packages, Occupational Health, Preventive Healthcare Programs, and New Service Launches.Support Sales by generating qualified patient and commercial leads.Community & Branch MarketingDevelop local branch marketing initiatives.Co-lead the organization of community health programs.Build partnerships with schools, businesses, barangays, and community organizations.Develop the Branch Marketing Playbook.Customer EngagementDevelop CRM initiatives.Support patient retention programs.Strengthen customer communications.Partner with Branch Operations to continuously improve patient experience.Marketing AnalyticsMonitor and report overall brand health, campaign ROI, leads generation activities, website traffic, digital engagement, and customer acquisition.Vendor ManagementManage marketing agencies and suppliers.Ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.Monitor marketing expenditures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical services industry is highly preferred.Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.Experience managing marketing campaigns, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
