We're Hiring: Marketing Manager – Kinza KSA | FMCG / Beverages | 8+ Years Experience📍 Location: Jeddah – Kinza Manufacturing Are you an experienced FMCG Marketing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving market growth, strengthening brand presence, and delivering impactful marketing strategies.We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across the Saudi market, drive market share and volume growth, manage distributor partnerships, and ensure effective execution of key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the KSA market marketing strategy and key-market calendar.Manage Distributor Joint Business Plans (JBP) and brand compliance standards in collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams.Set and monitor Perfect Store standards and ensure effective in-market execution.Lead and develop the KSA marketing team across sponsorships, partnerships, and social media.Manage the KSA marketing budget and conduct post-investment reviews.Monitor market performance, competitor activity, and consumer trends and recommend corrective actions to drive growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in FMCG / beverages in Saudi Arabia.At least 3 years of experience managing a market or channel marketing team and distributor relationships.Strong experience in Market & Channel Strategy and Distributor JBP Management.Strong knowledge of Trade & Shopper Marketing and in-market execution.Experience in Marketing Budget Management.Strong commercial acumen, leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
