Marketing Manager - Medical Aesthetics Industry

Wyser is an international search & selection company present across 3 continents.We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our client, a well-established company operating in the medical aesthetics industry.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute the annual marketing strategy and marketing plan for the Turkish market,Manage product and portfolio strategies, including positioning, pricing and launch planning,Develop customer and channel strategies to increase product penetration, market share and profitability,Work closely with the field sales organization to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies,Plan and manage congresses, physician meetings, educational programs and KOL activities,Develop and execute 360° and omnichannel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing and CRM,Manage external agencies, marketing partners and promotional materials,Manage the annual marketing budget and monitor ROI and KPIs,Analyze market, customer and field insights and incorporate them into marketing plans,Collaborate closely with sales, medical and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Education and ExperienceUniversity degree in a relevant field,Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably at Senior Product Manager / Marketing Manager level,Experience in medical aesthetics, aesthetics, dermocosmetics, personal care or pharmaceutical industries,Proven experience in 360° marketing, product and portfolio management,Fluent in English,GI GROUP AND WYSER TURKEY SEÇME VE YERLEŞTİRME A.Ş.
