Our services are tailored to support international businesses at every stage — from initial market entry to ongoing compliance and operational support.The RoleReporting directly to the Director of Commercial Middle East, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy that reinforces CSP Group’s brand as a market leader in corporate services industry. The role will support the firm’s business development objectives, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen our competitive position across key GCC jurisdictions.This is a hands-on role requiring a proven marketing professional with an excellent understanding of the regulatory and commercial landscape in the region, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a demonstrable track record of delivering results within a corporate service, or professional service environment.Key Responsibilities Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the Group’s business objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs and competitive insights.Create and manage annual marketing budgets and forecast ROI for marketing initiatives.Manage and maintain CRM marketing database to ensure all clients are targeted.Brand ManagementOversee the development and execution of brand guidelines for all business units.Enhance the group’s brand identity and maintain consistency across all channels.Drive brand awareness campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.Campaign ManagementPlan, execute and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns.Manage advertising, promotions, and sponsorships to maximize visibility.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing solutions.Digital MarketingDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.Track and analyse key performance metrics to optimize digital campaigns.Manage the Group’s online presence, including websites and social media platforms.Oversee content strategy, including articles, newsletters, insights, and service updates aligned with market needs.Public Relations & CommunicationDevelop PR strategies to enhance the Group’s reputation.Ensure effective internal communication of marketing initiatives.Support planning and promotion of corporate events, networking functions, and webinars.Performance AnalysisAnalyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Regularly report on marketing metrics and effectiveness to the Board.Stay updated on market trends and innovations to keep the group ahead of the competition.Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies.Client-Facing Marketing SupportCollaborate with client-facing teams to produce tailored marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.Support the business development process through creation of high-quality collateral for RFPs and client pitches.Requirements for the Role Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of end-to-end marketing experience within the Middle East and the professional services industry (required). Prior experience at CSP Group is preferred.Strong understanding of the corporate services or consultancy sectors in the GCC. In-depth understanding of CSP Group’s service lines or similar professional services sectors such as legal, corporate structuring, consulting, or regulatory advisory. Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media scheduling, and Adobe Creative Suite.Fluent English (required); Arabic is an advantage but not essential.Core Competencies:Strong leadership skills with the ability to align marketing efforts across departments and regions.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong commercial acumen.Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines across jurisdictions.Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a strong focus on campaign performance and ROI.Agile and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Why Join CSP Group?
