Our services are tailored to support international businesses at every stage — from initial market entry to ongoing compliance and operational support.The RoleReporting directly to the Director of Commercial Middle East, the Marketing Manager will lead the planning and delivery of CSP Group’s marketing activity across the GCC, working closely with the Commercial team, senior leadership and department heads across the business. This is a broad, hands-on B2B marketing role spanning demand generation, digital marketing, content, CRM, campaigns, brand governance, events and commercial enablement. The role combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution and requires someone comfortable taking ownership across multiple jurisdictions and service lines. The role would suit a commercially minded and technically confident marketer who understands how marketing contributes to qualified pipeline and revenue, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with CSP Group’s commercial objectives, priority service lines and GCC markets. Translate business priorities into clear campaigns and programmes with defined audiences, channels and measurable outcomes. Work closely with the Commercial team and service-line leaders to identify opportunities for lead generation, client development and cross-sell. Manage marketing budgets and channel investment based on performance, lead quality and commercial return. Maintain an integrated marketing calendar across campaigns, content, events, webinars, partner activity and service launches. Brand Governance Protect and maintain CSP Group’s positioning, messaging and visual standards across marketing and commercial activity. Ensure consistency and accuracy across service lines, jurisdictions, campaigns, presentations, collateral and digital channels. Maintain oversight of approved marketing materials and ensure technical or regulatory content is appropriately reviewed before publication. Campaign Management & Demand Generation Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns across paid search, organic search, LinkedIn, CRM email, content, webinars, events and partner channels. Build campaigns around clearly defined commercial objectives, priority audiences and service opportunities. Work closely with the Commercial team on lead quality, follow-up and campaign feedback. Continuously review performance and optimise activity to improve conversion and commercial return. Digital Marketing Manage CSP Group’s digital activity across SEO, paid search, LinkedIn, CRM email and website channels. Work with agencies and internal stakeholders on campaign performance, budgets, keyword strategy, technical SEO and digital acquisition. Monitor website traffic, search visibility, rankings, conversion performance and enquiry generation. Identify opportunities to improve website content, landing pages, user journeys and conversion rates. Use analytics and search data to identify content opportunities, demand trends and areas for optimisation. AI, Automation & Marketing Technology Use AI and automation across research, content development, campaign planning, analysis, and reporting. Identify manual or inefficient processes that can be simplified or automated across Marketing, CRM and Commercial activity. Evaluate and adopt new AI and marketing technology based on practical business value and measurable improvement. Improve integration between marketing platforms, CRM, website activity and reporting where relevant. Continuously challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and scalability through technology. Content, Communications & Events Own the marketing content calendar across LinkedIn, website, CRM email and other relevant channels. Develop and edit high-quality B2B content including articles, insights, service updates, thought leadership, campaign copy and client communications. Work with subject-matter experts to translate technical information and services into clear, commercially relevant content. Support the planning and promotion of webinars, networking events and selected corporate events. Maximise the value of events and webinars through pre-event promotion, content capture and post-event follow-up. Commercial Enablement Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure marketing activity supports business development priorities and client conversations. Develop and maintain high-quality presentations, service collateral, and campaign assets. Support new service launches, jurisdictional developments and strategic commercial initiatives. Support targeted client, partner and referral campaigns where there is a relevant commercial opportunity. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and report on marketing performance using clearly defined commercial and channel metrics. Track lead generation, lead quality, conversion, acquisition performance, website activity and marketing contribution to pipeline. Provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders based on data and commercial outcomes. Work with CRM and Commercial stakeholders to improve attribution, reporting quality and visibility across the marketing-to-sales funnel. Requirements for the Role Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a broad B2B marketing role, ideally within professional services, corporate services, legal, consulting, financial services, technology or another complex B2B environment. Demonstrable experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes. Strong practical understanding of digital demand generation, including SEO, paid search, website optimisation, CRM email and social media. Experience using CRM, analytics and marketing automation platforms. Strong practical experience using generative AI and AI-enabled tools within a professional working environment. Technically confident and comfortable learning, testing and adopting new platforms, tools and workflows. Able to demonstrate how AI, automation or technology has improved marketing productivity, quality or performance. Excellent written English with the ability to communicate complex or technical subjects clearly and accurately. Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting marketing and commercial performance data. Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, internal specialists and external agencies. GCC experience would be advantageous. Arabic is an advantage but not essential. Requirements for the Role Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of end-to-end marketing experience within the Middle East and the professional services industry (required).
