WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING MANAGER — REAL ESTATE & HOLIDAY HOMES📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-timeMy Group is a growing Dubai-based company operating across real estate and holiday home management. Our My Holiday Home division currently manages around 100 properties, and we are actively expanding both areas of the business.We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing across our Real Estate and Holiday Homes businesses.This role is for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution — building effective campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing partners and turning marketing plans into measurable business results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives  • Lead marketing activities across Real Estate and Holiday Homes  • Generate qualified leads from property owners, buyers and investors  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns  • Manage social media, content, paid advertising, email marketing, PR and partnerships  • Coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and other contractors  • Develop marketing materials, presentations and sales-support content  • Analyze the market, competitors, audiences and campaign performance  • Track KPIs, lead quality, conversion and marketing ROI  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending  • Work closely with Business Development, Sales and Operations  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels  REQUIREMENTS• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience  • Experience in UAE real estate, holiday homes, hospitality or a related industry  • Proven experience in lead generation and customer acquisition  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, social media and content  • Ability to independently manage projects from planning through execution  • Experience managing external agencies and contractors  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills  • Commercial mindset and focus on measurable results  • Fluent English  WHAT WE OFFER• Opportunity to lead marketing across two growing business directions  • Significant ownership and autonomy  • Direct involvement in the company’s commercial growth  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial working environment  • Competitive salary discussed during the interview  📩 Interested?Send your CV to ownersupport2@myhomeclick.me  Please mention “Marketing Manager” in the subject line.#Hiring #DubaiJobs #MarketingManager #RealEstateMarketing #DubaiRealEstate #HolidayHomes #UAEJobs #DigitalMarketing
