Marketing Manager - Real Estate

We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager | Hills and Bay Real Estate | DubaiHills and Bay Real Estate is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our brand, digital strategy, and marketing team.This is not a lead-generation-only role — we want someone who can build our brand, run our CRM, lead a small creative team, and own our marketing function long-term.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)🕒 Full-timeWhat you’ll own:🔹 Overall marketing & brand strategy🔹 A small team — Content Creator, Photographer/Videographer + other resources🔹 Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn — growth & organic content strategy🔹 Website, SEO, and Google marketing strategy🔹 Meta & Google ad campaigns — focused on lead quality and ROI🔹 CRM & lead management — distribution, follow-up, reporting, data accuracy🔹 Content for projects, market updates, investment insights & company branding🔹 Launch campaigns, open houses, and eventsWhat you need:✅ Minimum 3 years of hands-on Dubai real estate marketing experience (in-house, not agency-side only)✅ Strong knowledge of Dubai’s major developers, projects & communities✅ Proven experience personally managing a CRM/lead system✅ Experience leading or managing content/creative team members✅ Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO✅ Comfortable owning both brand/organic growth AND paid/performance marketing✅ Strong English communication skillsHindi / Urdu Speaking is mandatory
