Marketing Manager - Restaurant

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys building engaging campaigns, developing brand awareness, and creating meaningful customer connections in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual marketing plans that support business objectives and commercial growth.Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, partnerships, PR, and offline channels.Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all customer touch points.Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, activations, launches, and promotional initiatives.Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and influencer collaborations to increase engagement and brand awareness.Work closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver marketing projects on time.Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and use insights to optimize future marketing activities.Manage the marketing budget and evaluate return on investment across campaigns.Stay up to date with market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Requirements3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, retail, fashion, or consumer-focused brands.Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, and influencer partnerships.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.Commercially minded with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Note: Due to the confidentiality of this role, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted where more information will be provided.
