Marketing Manager | Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaMaternity Cover - Immediate JoinerIn line with government Saudisation initiatives, this role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.What This Role Is AboutOur client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its team in Jeddah on a maternity cover basis.The role will lead the planning and execution of marketing activities, ensuring brand initiatives and campaigns are aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee marketing plans, brand development and promotional activities, while monitoring market trends and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth.This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced marketing professional who can take ownership of ongoing initiatives and ensure continuity across the marketing function throughout the maternity cover period.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit8+ years of experience in marketing and brand management.Experience within the pharmaceutical, FMCG or retail industry.Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies and brand plans.Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, brand communications and promotional activities.Understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity.Experience monitoring campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.Experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating with external agencies and suppliers.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Must be available to join immediately.Salary: SAR 25,000–28,000Contract: Maternity CoverThis is an opportunity to take on a key marketing role within an established organisation and ensure continuity of its marketing activities during the maternity cover period.In line with government Saudisation initiatives, the client is only considering Saudi Nationals for this role.If you meet the requirements and are available to join immediately, please contact Megha directly at megha@convergemea.com.Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
