Marketing Manager - UAE

Fragrance Du Bois is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai and lead marketing initiatives across the region. We are a distinctive luxury fragrance house where craftsmanship meets confidence, bringing together heritage, artistry and a bold, contemporary spirit.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.2. Plan and execute product launches, brand campaigns and marketing activations.3. Manage PR, influencer collaborations, media relations and brand partnerships.4. Lead trade marketing initiatives with retail partners, including in-store events, pop-ups and brand activations.5. Oversee social media, digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.6. Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual merchandising across all retail touchpoints.7. Manage marketing budgets, agencies and campaign performance.8. Work closely with sales teams to support brand growth and achieve commercial objectives.REQUIREMENTS1. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury fragrance, niche perfumery or premium beauty.2. Strong experience in brand marketing, PR, influencer marketing and trade marketing.3. Excellent understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer engagement.4. Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.5. Creative, proactive and commercially minded, with exceptional attention to detail.6. Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Interested in joining Fragrance Du Bois?
