Apply & track with Apply EdgeEnglish Path is a rapidly growing international language school delivering immersive English, French, and German learning experiences across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.About the Role: English Path is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support the growth of the English Path Riyadh Centre and the university pathway programmes delivered by English Path. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing local marketing initiatives, supporting student recruitment activities, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders within the Saudi market. The role will focus on both digital and offline marketing activities, working closely with the regional marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrolment targets.In this hands-on role, you will execute integrated local marketing initiatives, manage localised digital campaigns, coordinate recruitment events, and generate high-quality inbound leads across the Saudi market. Working closely with our regional marketing and admissions teams, you will play a crucial role in positioning English Path as a leading educational provider in KSA.Please Note: This is a full-time and onsite role.Key Responsibilities: Integrated Campaign Execution & Channel Management: Support the implementation of annual and quarterly marketing plans by executing end-to-end local and regional campaigns across digital, social, email, outdoor, and offline channels to drive lead generation for English Path Riyadh and university pathway programmes.Digital Strategy & Social Media Optimisation: Manage and expand English Path Riyadh’s localised social media presence, coordinating tailored content creation, paid advertising, SEO, website updates, and lead nurturing via CRM automation to boost reach and engagement across the Saudi market.Local Content & Cultural Localisation: Adapt global campaigns, content and creative for Saudi audiences rather than relying on direct translation, ensuring Arabic messaging, cultural relevance, parent communication and local audience behaviour are reflected across channels.Sales Alignment & Recruitment Collateral: Work closely with admissions and sales teams to create compelling online/offline marketing materials and targeted lead-nurturing initiatives aimed at prospective students, parents, high school counsellors, and corporate clients to maximise conversions.Lead Generation & Pre-Application Funnel Optimisation: Own marketing performance on Snapchat and Tiktok from audience acquisition through enquiry and qualified lead generation, using CRM segmentation and nurturing to improve enquiry quality and progression towards application intent before handover to Admissions.Event Coordination & Institutional Outreach: Own the marketing strategy around recruitment events, school visits and open days, including audience acquisition, promotion, lead capture, CRM attribution and post-event nurturing, while cultivating relationships with local counsellors and educational partners across KSA.Lead Generation & Pre-Application Funnel Optimisation: Own marketing performance on Snapchat and Tiktok from audience acquisition through enquiry and qualified lead generation, using CRM segmentation and nurturing to improve enquiry quality and progression towards application intent before handover to Admissions.Performance Tracking, Analytics & ROI Reporting: Analyse market trends and competitor activities to deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights that optimise marketing ROI and budget allocation.Cross-Functional & External Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with global marketing, academic, and operations teams while managing relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners to ensure strict alignment with English Path and partner brand guidelines.School & Institutional Marketing Partnerships: Build and maintain marketing relationships with priority high schools, international schools, counsellors and education organisations to create sustainable recruitment channels through presentations, joint campaigns, events and referral opportunities.Market Development & Local Go-to-Market Strategy: Support the development of the Riyadh/KSA go-to-market strategy for English Path and university pathway programmes by identifying priority audiences, recruitment opportunities, market gaps and locally relevant value propositions.Marketing Partnerships & Advocacy: Identify and activate opportunities with student ambassadors, alumni, education influencers, corporate partners and community organisations to increase awareness, credibility, referrals and locally relevant content.Essential Skills & Experience:Essential Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.2–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or student recruitment role.Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.Good understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement.Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or social media management tools.Strong organisational and project coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Understanding of lead-generation funnels and CRM-based marketing, including segmentation, nurturing and lead-quality analysis.Ability to interpret marketing performance through commercial metrics such as CPL, lead quality, conversion rate and source contribution.Good understanding of Saudi digital, social and consumer behaviour and the ability to adapt international campaigns for local audiences.Confident presentation and relationship-building skills with schools, counsellors, parents and external partners.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to student recruitment outcomes without taking ownership of admissions decisions.Ability to translate market and competitor insights into clear, actionable marketing recommendations.Desirable Experience in the education, training, language learning, or higher education sector.Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian education market and international higher education destinations.Experience supporting student recruitment campaigns, events, exhibitions, or school outreach activities.Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.Existing network or experience working with schools, counsellors or education organisations in KSA.Experience marketing high-consideration products or services where purchasing decisions involve multiple stakeholders, such as students and parents.Experience with CRM segmentation, automated lead-nurturing journeys, lead scoring or marketing attribution.Experience developing ambassador, referral, influencer or community partnership programmes.Experience localising Arabic marketing content for Saudi audiences rather than relying on direct translation.What We Are Looking For:Creative and proactive approach to
