Marketing Officer

Aseel Holding is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate industry and proven experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening Aseel Holding’s corporate brand while managing the marketing of individual projects, each with its own identity, positioning, and direction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies for the company and its individual real estate projectsCreate project-specific marketing plans, positioning strategies, and branding conceptsManage project launches, campaigns, activations, events, and promotional activitiesWork closely with the Graphic Designer and Website Developer to ensure aligned and timely executionManage marketing activities across digital and offline channelsCoordinate content creation, advertising campaigns, and social media platformsManage and coordinate with marketing agencies, suppliers, and external service providersEnsure consistent branding across all platforms, campaigns, and marketing materialsMonitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordinglyConduct market research and monitor competitors, customer trends, and industry developmentsCoordinate with the Sales and Leasing teams to support lead generation and business objectivesSupport business development through targeted marketing initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant marketing experiencePrevious experience in real estate or property development is strongly preferredStrong knowledge of the Saudi market and local consumer trendsStrong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, campaign management, and digital marketingProven experience working with graphic designers, website developers, agencies, and external vendorsCreative and strategic mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesExcellent communication, coordination, presentation, and reporting skillsStrong Arabic and English communication skillsCandidates currently based in Riyadh are preferredInterested candidates may send their updated CV and work portfolio to hr@aseelholding.com, mentioning “Marketing Officer” in the subject line.
