You turn direction into plans, hold the details, and make sure what gets imagined actually gets delivered across events, programs, systems, and the day-to-day running of the team. This role is the operational counterweight to a highly creative VP. You'll bring order to an idea-rich function. That means turning direction into timelines and owners, tracking what's in flight, keeping things from falling through the cracks, and flagging what's at risk before it becomes a problem.
