Marketing Strategy & ExecutionLead marketing strategy, campaigns, content, and influencer/UGC direction across client accounts.Turn client objectives into strong creative ideas and clear execution plans.Oversee campaign execution and performance, ensuring work is strategically and creatively strong.II. Agency OperationsManage day-to-day agency operations across projects, teams, deadlines, and deliverables.Coordinate between project management, content, PR/influencers, creative, and production.Improve workflows, SOPs, resource planning, and internal systems.Identify bottlenecks, solve problems independently, and ensure consistent follow-through.III. Quality ControlOwn the quality of work before it reaches the client.Review strategies, concepts, content, presentations, and key deliverables.Catch problems early, challenge weak work, and maintain a consistently high standard across accounts.Who We’re Looking For5+ years of marketing experience, including managerial experience.Strong digital/creative agency background is mandatory.Strong marketing, creative, project-management, and people-management skills.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.Creative — able to generate ideas, not just execute them.Excellent written and spoken English.Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions without constant supervision.This is a high-ownership role working closely with the founder across strategy, clients, team, and operations, with strong potential to grow into a senior leadership position.Competitive package + performance-based growth.
