Location- Farnborough Hybrid- x3 days a week onsite Permanent roleLooking for a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, pace and consistency to a growing marketing function. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, working closely with leadership, sales and delivery and reporting directly to the CEO.What you'll own:Marketing operations, processes and planningCampaign coordination from idea through to delivery and measurementEnd-to-end operations of the company podcastRoundtables, webinars, client and industry eventsHubSpot — CRM, automation, segmentation, email journeys, reporting and sales alignmentMarketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint and similar toolsPerformance, reporting and marketing insightWe're looking for someone who has:Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience — essentialBroad B2B marketing experienceExcellent project and marketing operations skillsCampaign and event experienceStrong Canva and PowerPoint skillsConfidence with data, reporting and marketing metricsA proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
