BettingJobs is partnering with a multi-brand iGaming operator to hire a Marketing Performance Analyst. This is a newly created, high-impact role: you will give the Marketing function a single, independent view of where spend is creating commercial value and where it isn't. The business is investing in sharper, data-led marketing decisions, and this hire will shape how budget is deployed across brands and channels. The role is based in Dubai.Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be the go-to commercial analyst for the marketing team. You'll cover acquisition, retention, affiliates, CRM and creator partnerships, and turn the numbers into clear recommendations for senior leadership. This role suits a commercially curious analyst who wants to influence decisions rather than simply build dashboards. It also offers the chance to own and define the function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Analyse marketing performance across brands and channels, including acquisition cohorts and D7/D30 retentionMeasure CPA/CAC, FTDs, NGR, LTV, payback and overall performance marketing ROICompare affiliate performance and player quality, and assess creator and influencer economicsEvaluate CRM campaign and promotional profitabilityTrack spend against commercial outcomes, flag underperforming channels and recommend where to deploy more budgetDeliver clear, concise reporting to Marketing leadership and senior managementPartner closely with BI while keeping a sharp commercial focus

Requirements

Strong marketing analytics background, ideally within iGaming. Exceptional candidates from other digital or consumer sectors will be considered.Solid SQL and BI/dashboarding skillsDeep understanding of cohorts, attribution, LTV, retention and profitabilityGenuine commercial curiosity and a drive to find where value is won and lostAbility to explain analytical findings simply and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders
