Marketing Project Manager

Concept Agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to manage client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of creative, digital marketing, and event-related projects.This role requires someone who can balance client expectations, internal team coordination, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables without losing sight of the bigger picture.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear, actionable briefs• Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and approvals• Coordinate with creative, content, production, social media, and media-buying teams• Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates• Monitor project scope, budgets, risks, and deadlines• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts• Ensure all projects are delivered according to the agreed scope and quality standardsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or project managementPrevious experience in a marketing, advertising, creative, or events agency is strongly preferredExcellent Arabic and English communication skillsStrong client servicing, presentation, and negotiation skillsExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with project-management tools and reporting processesLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type:Full-time, on-siteTo apply, please send your CV to [Info@conceptsa.net] with the subject line: Account Manager / Project Manager Application – Full Name
