Marketing Project Manager (ENG + GEO)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our Marketing team to lead and coordinate our real estate development projects for the Georgian market.In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, and overseeing everything related to the project—from website updates and marketing materials to printed collateral and day-to-day operational tasks.This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Art of Living Mall.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate our construction projects for the Georgian marketOwn project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teamsCoordinate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholdersMonitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateralEnsure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standardsTrack project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issuesAdapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on trackRequirements2+ years of experience in Project Management or Product ManagementFluent English and Georgian (both written and spoken)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) is an advantagePrevious experience coordinating digital, marketing, or cross-functional projects is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salaryVisa sponsorshipMedical insuranceAnnual paid leaveModern officeOpportunity to work on international real estate projectsDynamic, fast-growing, and collaborative teamProfessional growth and career development opportunities
